The 'Call-A-Nurse' hotline at United Regional Health Care System is staffed by Registered Nurses who are available to answer general health questions (NOT diagnose or confirm a disease, condition or state) and make physician referrals Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

'Call-A-Nurse' at United Regional Health Care System will:

  • Provide information on community services and classes
  • Provide fact sheets on health related topics
  • Provide physician referrals on an equal rotation basis
  • Make physician appointments for a caller
  • Provide health promotion and educational information
