Clinical Ladder Program

In order to maintain an elite nursing department, the Clinical Ladder Program was developed to recognize, reward and retain professional nurses and to assist and promote their career progression. By implementing a Clinical Ladder Program there is greater emphasis on the individual nurse’s dedication to the profession and the nurse is accountable for his or her professional development.
