This number is answered 24 hours a day by a member of the Emergency Department Team. Call the ED transfer line at (866) 645-6333. This call goes to a United Regional ED physician where clinical information will be obtained from the referring ED physician and medical acceptance will be determined. If medical acceptance is given, the ED physician will also give administrative acceptance at this time. If you get disconnected, please call back at (940)235-5372. The referring hospital nurse will give report to our ED nurse. We provide an “Emergency Department Patient Transfer Line” which allows you to reach us quickly. This call goes to a United Regional ED physician where clinical information will be obtained from the referring ED physician and medical acceptance will be determined. If medical acceptance is given, our ED physician will transfer the call to the House Supervisor for administrative acceptance. If you get disconnected, please call back at (940) 781-1333. The House Supervisor will transfer the call back to the ED to give report on the patient. The referring hospital nurse will give report to our ED nurse.
