We feel it is beneficial for a patient to be near loved ones during their hospital stay. It often alleviates the stress that accompanies surgery or an illness. For your convenience, we have designated hours and amenities to accommodate your visit.
Special visiting hours are scheduled to allow patients the rest they need while affording them the opportunity to enjoy the company of their family and friends. Please limit visitors to two at a time. During certain times when the nursing staff or physicians need to care for the patient, visitors will be asked to leave the room for a short while.
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Children (with adult supervision) are allowed to visit the patient in their room.
General public can visit between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
These units have open visitation to allow for family support. Visitation will be restricted between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Children under the age of 12 years will be allowed to visit the unit at the discretion of the physician and nurse. During emergency situations, visitors may be asked to leave the unit. Visitors are not allowed to sleep in the patient’s room.
General visitation is from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m Parents, guardians or significant others may visit at any time. Children, with adult supervision, are allowed to visit. Siblings are allowed to visit as long as they are free from infection and the patient is not contagious to the visiting child.
For our pediatrics patients, two visitors will be allowed to stay in recovery with their child. For our adults patients, visitation will be allowed but may be limited due to patient condition. If visitation is limited, volunteers or nursing staff will keep you apprised of the patient's condition.
