Offered Monthly

The online Breastfeeding course is a presentation narrated by a certified lacatation consultant (RN) on our Post Partum unit.  This class covers the benefits of breastfeeding, latching, establishing a good milk supply, pumping and storing and much more.

Recommended dates to take the course:  Four to eight weeks before your due date.

To Register:

• Choose the month you wish to take the course and enroll prior to the first day of that month.
• Once enrolled, the United Regional Education Department will mail you class materials and email you a link to a video Power Point presentation of the class by the 10th of the month.
• After completion of the course, instructors will be available via email for questions.
