In-Network Coverage
To understand what care is covered by your insurance plan, please contact your insurance company directly.
To estimate possible out of pocket costs, our online estimate tool can help calculate expenses before your visit.

Out-of-Network Information
We do not accept out-of-network Medicare Advantage plans for non-emergency services. Other out-of-network plans will require prior authorization from your insurance company. If your insurance company does not agree to coverage, you could incur higher out of pocket costs.
What if I recently lost coverage?
If you have recently lost insurance coverage, you have 60 days to enroll in a new plan outside of a normal open enrollment period. Some possible sources of coverage are:
- Enroll in Continuation of Health Coverage (COBRA) with your former employer
 - Join your spouse group plan
 - Get on your parents plan if you’re under 26
 - Join a Health Insurance Marketplace plan
