United Regional Physician Group providers are pleased to offer virtual visits through MyChart. Secure video visits allow you to receive the same high-quality care you expect, without going to the clinic.
Scheduled Virtual Visits through MyChart
CarePlus providers offer virtual visits, no appointments needed, with a United Regional Physician Group provider for acute conditions including sneezes, sniffles, coughs and sore throats, the flu, fever, and other minor ailments.
To start your video visit with a CarePlus provider follow these steps:
- Login to MyChart on your computer, or using the mobile app on your tablet or smartphone
- Tap or click the three lines (hamburger menu) on the top left of the screen
- Tap or click Schedule Virtual Visit (e-Visits are also available)
- Complete the intake questionnaire and begin your virtual visit

- If you’re using a computer, be sure to use the Chrome browser and allow pop-ups.
